Been lifting for a solid 6 months with proper diet and sleep. I had lifted for 6 months prior, but my diet and sleep were absolute shit.
The squat is because of a torn sartorius from XC and squatting is just now not painful.
Because I was running at the track like I usually do because it's the only time I'm able to. There's a class at the time (my uni has gym class kek), and I've heard multiple normies say, "that kid is shredded, etc." It's just stuff I hear whenever I'm running shirtless like some tool or at the pool.
I wasn't even that big or had anything impressive. It doesn't take much for normies.

Running a successful split relies on a body thats already accustomed to all the basic things SS and other 5x5's supply. You can't target to enhance a specific muscle group that isn't even decently developed.
