SS takes me a little over an hour, including dips and pull ups as accessory work afterwards.

My workouts usually take about half an hour.
Push:
> Handstand push ups, 5x10
> Dips, 5x10-20
> Planks, front & side
> Additional isolation work for chest, shoulders, tris
Pull:
> Chins 5x10
> Inverted rows 5-10x10
> Inverted shrugs 5x10-20
Legs:
> not revealing my secret

Just did 1h of squats
and then 1h of lightweight weightlifting

can't do 50 pull ups detected
p.s. I weigh over 200, stay mad
