It's 2pm and I've had 11 pizza rolls that I found in the back of my freezer. So about 420 calories.

Going to work from 3:30 to 8:45 so ill probably have a couple lunchables on my break around 5:30ish.

Dinner: 3/4 cup pasta with 6 homemade meatballs, a chicken breast in marsala sauce, 1 slice of bread, about 150 cals of zucchini, 1/2 can of coke for dessert

Later: 1 cup lentils and about 100 cals more zucchini
