It's nbd. Natty lifting tall is really a farce. I had the Veeky Forums 1/2/3/4 benchmark really early on in lifting but that's about otter mode for anyone over 6'1.

Lifting now is all volume and frequency. I will totally admit that my traps and core are weak af but porn is all glamour muscles and looking pretty, not being an intimidating monster. When I shift focus back to competing I'll put in the time for a hard bulk but the goal now is to be trim for shoots.

Regardless my coaches always estimate my weight ~240-250 despite being 210 at my leanest. 3D pop and bring lean go a long way.

I don't recommend it unless you're already a model/actor/athlete. Most aas user will tell you gear is wasted on a cut but really anything over 150-200mg test will preserve all dense tissues. If you feel the need to hop on the increase in nitrogen retention efficiency will only make cutting easier, but I'd save it for a large bulk.

Yes and no. Gaining size is always going to be about eating. It looks like you don't have diet sorted yet because the image you posted is really easy to nab. Gear isn't needed.

As I said gear on a cut is usually baseline test (100-200mg) just to preserve mass. You won't build anything on a diet with just 200mg test, and at that amount you won't notice increases vascularity or water/glycogen retention.

You don't need to call user names because he refuses to enable you. Just understand that what you want requires tweaking your diet in various ways. If your goal isn't to be a beast, there's no reason to be on gear aside from legitimate medical issues.

Judging from the image you posted of your body, limiting carb intake to the intra and post workout periods would suit you best. It will reduce a lot of the water retention in the midsection and give you the insulin needed to maintain lean tissue without promoting insulin resistance which is probably hampering your dieting needs.

A lot of old greats considered gear a "finishing touch", you don't need that you need a beginning and middle touch. Reevaluate and spend another 8-12 weeks working at it. You're almost there.

It could. Gear is a lot like second puberty. I never had "acne" but a few cysts here and there. Typically when I break out from gear it's on my shoulders, and only a spot or two. I'm lucky, I get barely any sides, so my advice may not really apply.

I would say go easy on doses and make sure your diet is very clean.

Honestly it just depends on the individual. I feel high volume and frequency give me better results but I know huge dudes who do only 5x5 and shit. I'm a really shit responder and I grow very poorly: my saving grace is decent insertions and I don't get bad sides.

Fasting is and isn't a meme. It works when you have terrible insulin resistance and for some helps to limit water weight. As I said the key is to provide an efficient cellular hydration process which will only occur if the cells are in need of nutrients. If you blast sugar all day by the time the cells are actually in need of aminos they'll say "hey no guy were full already" and insulin will just divert nutrients to fat storage for later.

Casein shake at 2/4/6
