All the "medium" and "large" load programs are available online.

Only new stuff is the "small load" stuff and the "beginner program"

But the beginner program is just an intermediate program with a little bit less volume and only 1 prep cycle and 1 comp cycle. You can just do one of the free intermediate programs instead.

He means relatively, and he's right, as long as you're a powerlifter. If you just train similarly but don't really care about optimizing your results, you're fine. However, if you're training properly, your legs and back should be making gains so fucking fast that your grip can't keep up. A proper mixed grip is always stronger than a double overhand because it prevents the bar from pulling your grip open. If your arms are strong enough to double overhand 180kg, they're strong enough to mixed grip 220kg at the very least. That means your legs are your limiting factor, which means you can make a shitload of deadlift (not body) gains by just training legs.

Probably going to meme around with the mace. I want to get under the bar again, but I'm probably better off respecting SS and its linear progression until I can get my strength back.

Haven't started yet. For some reason, transfers weren't allowed to register for classes until today so almost every class that I was planning on taking was already full, meaning my schedule is just gen eds and some basic biology/psychology that is required for my major. At least I won't have nearly as much general eds afterwards.
