Also, eat oats in the morning, it fills you up really fast.
Eggs also do, especially when the whites are cooked, so don't hesitate to start your meal with a 4eggs omelet.
Decide in advance of a quantity of main dish you want to eat (carbs/meat), and prepare only this quantity, but don't count your veggies. Cook them by huge bulks. If you're still hungry after your main dish, stuff your face with veggies and water.

Sorry I've been lifting for a year but I forgot that I broke my leg 5 months ago wrestling and practically lost all gains and got skinny fat in that time. It's been 2 months of me inconsistently lifting. I'm trying change though

I actually lost 40lbs prior to joining the marine by eating well and doing cardio. Only now started lifting weights.

This is the truth. Former Marine here, most Marines are beta faggots who join after seing commercials and think it's their ticket to getting "Alpha" and finally getting their dick touched. Most also cannot even manage 10 pull ups or stop shoving pizza, beer, and raw sugar in their face along with their chewing tobacco and cigarettes. I would repeatedly have to counsel junior marines and non recommend them for promotion because of this shit. It's a miracle the U.S. is still standing.

You want to fix your upper body, so let's talk about upper body

OHP? Weighted pullups / chinups? Curls, skullcrushers?

200 bench is nothing special, gives you some chest and nothing else.

My OHP is 185 with reps, curls are 70 with reps and I can only do 12 pullups.

If your OHP is almost the same as your bench (quite uncommon) and curls are in these ranges, then it's OK, and guess your back is lacking. Upper back is what defines the "triangle" body type.

Drop some bodyfat, work on your abs a bit, work on these lats and you'll be fine. You CAN get your bodyfat lower with good muscle mass on shitty diet. It's not as effective as clean eating, but possible. Get some vitamins.

Oh, and don't forget cardio. With running you can eat more with the same weight, which means more vitamins and minerals - quite important with shitty diet.
