Out of curiosity, what was your routine? I've been lifting for about 1.5 years, but 6 months of actual lean bulking diet, proper rest, and proper routine with HIIT. If I cut a bit of fat off, I'd look a bit similar but maybe a bit less muscular. I don't know though; I've never done a cut since I've been pretty lean all my life so one isn't necessary.
Did you do PPL? I found that PPL was too much for me, so I switched between PHUL and PHAT depending on schedule.

I just did PPL /. SL mostly but even upper lower body split got decent progress. Just find what works for you but I personally prefer ppl. Just wish I was better at bulking without fast food

For isolation I hit extensions one leg at a time with emphasis on pointing my toes outwards to try and focus on the medialis
