Go big or go home, these tiny exercises seem pointless. Can you even do a complete pullup without doing the crossfit style bullshit?

I don't know if it's the 10 push ups I've been cranking out every other sunday but the ladies are checking me out lately. I went from the size 40 to 42.I'm huge. I just got a brand new Armani suit - doesn't fit me anymore.

Do some body weight squats. You'll get huge doing that.

I think you should be doing dips instead of push ups, it's about equal to a pull up in terms of strength requirements. Maybe do leg raises instead of sit ups. Good luck.
