I dont know what to do guys i cant take it anymore. Ive been underweight my entire life but now its gotten to the point where people cant even look at me without assuming im some kind of addict or have cancer which people have asked multiple times. Just today one of my friends moms even asked if i lost weight and then half an hour later asked if i was anorexic.

No one wants to look at a guy this skinny, when people think of skinny they think of my weight at 150 pounds. Its even hard finding clothes to wear because smalls just hang arms and XS is to tight because of my height.

I dont have an eating disorder, or at least i dont think i do. Ive never been diagnosed and its not like im trying to lose weight. I never throw up or look in the mirror thinking im a normal weight or overweight or something. I just dont eat a lot and im pretty picky but ive been trying to get past that. Im really lazy when it comes to eating and i know its my fault in a lot of ways because ive literally gone days without eating full meals just because of laziness. I hate myself and how i look and the older i get the worse its going to be for me and it will become more, and more likely that i will die alone because no girl wants to be with a literal twig .

Girls have come up to me and make remarks on my weight multiple times, this is especially bad with old people and drunk girls who literally grab my wrists and laugh. And guys at clubs or bars feel like they can treat me like a kid because they know i cant do anything.

I dont know what to do guys im honestly losing all hope.

If you like a few of these, I don't even care about what else you like because you can gain weight with this.

When you eat dinner, eat as much as you can, then drink a glass or 2 of water, this will help expand your stomach for lack of a better term, leading to being able to eat more.

Drink your calories mate.Whole milk is your new best friend. It's autistic but set timers on your phone for when you have to go grab a glass of milk to drink so that you actually do it.

But you do know what you need to do. You mentioned that you just don't eat because of laziness and that's why you're skinny. There's your problem, and you acknowledged it. The obvious answer is that you need to not be like that. Eating is your main priority to not be so skinny.

But smoothies or snacking on nuts is very easy.
Keep a bag of walnuts or almonds with you for an east 210 calories for a small handful.
You can throw a 1000 calories into a smoothie if you want by adding peanut butter or coconut oil, banana, fruit, whey protein, milk and whatever your heart desires.

The reason this guy is so skinny is because he has a tiny bone structure. A normal person could be completely emaciated with zero muscle or fat and still weigh 130 lbs at 6'0. His bones will probably snap if he tries to lift weights.

Up till 150 it's really really easy.

Eat. Liquid calories help when you can't eat a lot as well. Some protein with milk in a blender with a banana and two table spoons of peanut can go a long way.

Don't really want to recommend a ped. But mk-677 will boost appetite. Anamorelin is better if it can be found.

Also even if you eat a lot one day there are some days where you'll probably spend the day at home not eat much. Just junk food like chocolate and chips etc which might not amount to many calories. You need to eat a lot consistently daily not just some days. In your case a bad meal is way better than no meal. Basically there's no bad meal.

Avoid filling up on low calorie or no calorie foods like salads. Drink milk with meals instead of water. Even sugary soft drinks if you eat out are preferable right now to water.

You might need to split your meals up more. Ie have a 4th and 5th meal.

It's the same advice for fat fucks. Calorie count, just add more than maintenance and eat a lot of carbs so you actually keep some weight on.

I bulked from skelly, the majority of my meals made me want to throw up. I have thrown up from eating too much more times than I can count. The guy at the convience store knew me well because Id buy jugs of milk and beef jerky after work if I didnt have food ready

Count your calories and progressively eat more and more each day until you get used to eating at your caloric goals. One mistake people make is thinking you need to eat at that level right away. Increase how much you eat at a pace that you feel comfortable and before you know it you'll be at your caloric goals and gaining steady weight

You need to count your calories. Keep track of everything you eat. You should be eating at least 3000 a day. An extra glass of milk a day would even help.

If you're actually skipping full meals out of laziness, that is a HUGE red flag for an eating disorder. Whether you "feel" anorexic or not, there are tons and tons of unspecified eating disorders. You may want to seek psychological help if you're anxious/depressed. It will also help with motivation to eat and willpower to better yourself. I recommend an eating specialist though, someone with real experience on the subject. I was (and still consider myself) a "hard gainer" but starting in 2012 I put my willpower to the test. In 2016 I weigh currently 160 pounds, up from 122 in 2012. I am strong and muscular but not happy. Now I eat in excess to gain and my stomach hurts all the time. Basically, if you let it, you'll trade one disorder for another if you aren't careful.

Well if not being hungry to eat more is an issue, you should start making shakes. Get yourself a blender and put milk, oats, protein powder, and some peanut butter and you can make an 1000+ calorie 50g+ protein shake that is easy on the stomach.

If you can't eat, take in liquid calories, make whole your best friend, here's something I like to make daily, it works really well, tastes decent and has almost 1k calories.

500ml whole milk
80-120g banana
40-60g peanut butter
40g protein powder
pinch of cinnamon

You can also freeze the bananas, throw all of those ingredients in there and ta-da, instant 1k calories, that makes about 3 glasses but I drink it straight out of the blender cup, it might be hard to finish at first, but give it a few weeks and you'll get used to it. You can even drink a cup then store the rest in the fridge and drink throughout the day, good luck.

You need to eat more. If you can't force yourself to eat solid food like chicken, potatoes, etc. then try making a smoothie or shake with fruit, bannanas, whey protein, etc. You can rack up a ton of calories in a single shake very quickly.

You need to eat eat eat, once you feel sick wait an hour or two and eat more and more. Get into a routine. Wake up, breakfast, lunch, dinner and do whatever the fuck you normally do in the mean time. Eventually you'll become accustomed to it and begin eating more and more and slowly putting weight on..

Once comfortable enough begin lifting, just keep eating everything in sight, but don't puke because then you lose all your calories. Check out any Veeky Forums recipies you see going on, they're pretty good for nice things to cook yourself..

Coming from someone who was almost as skelly, I know how difficult it is to eat and exercise.

When you're that small, your blood sugar drops dangerously low causing you to have no drive, motivation, and leads to depression. This in turn makes you eat less, trapping you in a downward spiral.

If you can't force yourself to eat, I would suggest therapy or talking to your doctor about medication or boosters to get you moving.
Another thing to keep in mind is that it may be adult adhd.

So much this. Pretty much what I do every morning, except I also add oats, honey and yoghurt, pic related. Tastes godly, you can mix up the flavours depending on the yoghurt and whey you use, and you can add fresh fruit to the mix to top it off.

OP as others have said you are (obviously) very underweight.

Don't jump into stuff like gomad as that will upset your stomach. Dairy is good for weight gain so its worth trying in smaller quantities working up. Consider lactase pills too.

I wouldn't try exercise just yet - put more weight on first.

Your shopping list should be something like:
Fatty ground beef / pork
sausages
Cheese
Olive oil
Milk or coconut milk
peanut butter
butter
Bread
White pasta
White rice
Fruits
Fruit juices
ice cream
chocolate
Nut bars
trail mix
Dried fruit


changing your diet in a fairly dramatic way may be a bit hard to keep to without preperation and routine.

Batch cook your food at weekends or something. Ground beef in a pasta sauce with white pasta, covered in cheese in oil is a good lunch and dinner.

Drink milk / coconut milk with every meal and before bed.

Keep track of what you eat + photo and weigh yourself
