What's a good DL weight to start with? I can do 135lb 3x5 on the bench and 155 3x5 on the squat.

I started lifting seriously in May, and brought everything up to 2 pl8. My squat, dead, and bench are all 2 pl8. But now I've hit a wall. I can't add more weight without getting sore. L4/L5 hernia back when playing varsity soccer for HS basically prevents me from doing barbell squats forever (because I'm a pussy and don't even want to risk 1% re-injuring it)
So now my leg days consist of dumbbell lunges, kettlebell squats, and running
Lucky for me I'm lean at 5'11 155 so I don't look top-heavy

this is me. i struggle with repping 185x5x5 (had a leg injury, was squatting 315 for reps 2 years ago), but max at 275.
my chest is tiny and my legs are still huge.
get the form down. dont worry bout weight. bar + 10lbs weights to start. 10+ reps. get the form down then add 10lbs at a time till 5 reps good form.
just managed to hit 3pl8 1rm for bench and i can barely squat 110kg. I dont push myself on the squat because i dont want to get mired by gay niggers. I hardly DL either because in my field of work calluses on the hands reduces my competency so bench is the only main exercise i can do.

I squat for a Max about 255. My Max for bench is about 235. I weigh 140. So they're almost the same.

I can and I'm really fucking upset about it because I've literally been doing SS but I was squatting with retarded form for like 7 months and basically had to start over. Also my spinal erectors are super imbalanced due to bad posture since I was a kid and that makes it really hard to keep the bar straight once I'm in the whole.
