I lift for the one and only truly valid reason: to train for a specific sport. The rest of you are just rediculous manchildren and closet homosexuals, training for your 'aesthetics', whatever the fuck that's supposed to mean. Then there's you idiots who think you're going to get laid because you go to the gym, LOL, my sides are exploding from laughing so hard whenever I see this, it's so rediculous. You gymcels need to accept reality: most of you are NEVER going to get laid, you're too ugly, too stupid, or just too tedious to be around, to expect ANY woman to put up with you. Just concentrate on making money, at least you can afford whores that way and maybe you won't An Hero before you're 30.

Seriously, most of you need to stay out of the gym. You're just making it harder for the people who are actually doing real training to get their work done. Unlike you they have lives to get back to, they don't live in the gym like you NEETs.

Honestly I always used to lift for grills but now whenever I look in the mirror I'm un satisfied, like I look better now then I ever have but as I make some gains I just set the bar higher and I'm never happy with myself

I keep separate bingo books for my progress on different hobbies. Recently I learned how to play some songs on my guitar and broke a personal squat/deadlift PR. I also paint occasionally.

I guess having sex appeal is a bonus since I read somewhere that sex helps psychologically but to be honest I've never really been interested in smashing to begin with.
