I am not disc bulge user, no structural damage here.

Lot of stuff desu, was a very long process. Main things for me were getting my hip flexor stretched back and working on firing my glute (right glute had basically shut down, so my hip flexor was doing all the work and was tight as piano wire which caused a lot of the back pain and even rotated my pelvis). Other than that at this point it's just working through some neural tension which would lock up my entire right side after squatting.

It's individual. As long as you're in a deficit, you'll lose weight.
Go for up to 0,7-1% loss of BW per week. When you've lost 10% of your BW, you might see that it slows down, in which case you can do a two-week maintenance before continuing the cut.

I wear a belt now, only just began doing that, I have hit 10kg off my max belt less with this back and was ok. But some times maxing out without a belt has hurt my back a fuck load. I don't bother training core cause I'm lazy and my lats aren't big enough.

Reducing the rounding just makes it more accurate, and increasing it makes it less accurate with LESS weight, never more, since FLOOR is used. Pic related is with 5 rounding.

It's good that you've started with the belt. You really should train core if you have a back weakness as it will sort out your bracing. Do planks as they're a lot less taxing on your back. Also, what have your lats got to do with whether you train core or not?

Work on hip hinging, I'm the other back issue guy and a lot of it was being caused by hyperextending my low back, which at the time I was doing to try and stop buttwink but what was really just shutting my glutes off and pissing off my sciatic.
