I come from a meat cutter family, and they used to make what they called cannibal sandwhiches, which was raw, well ground round, a little olive oil, salt and pepper, and black or green olives on french loaf. Im pretty sure ive posted this before. Theyre fucking delicious and you dont have to worry about cooking your macros out, or toxins leeching in from over heated oil/meat

I havnt had one since i was a meat cutter and probably wont unless im damn sure of the source. The only real reason to cook meat is if youre unsure of source, date, and proper storage. If you have all these things raw beef is fine. Though apparently some ppl in wisconsin got sick from a local joint that makes them. Read it when i searched pic related.
