Day 5 of 12 situps, 10 pull and push ups and a 30 minute walk. Pretty intense today what with the new cardio (walk) anymore advice to improve on this regime?

Update I think I am starting to get a six-pack.

I'd definitely scale back your pullups. i suggest a
5 x 1 scheme.

I think you should add like 5 bw squats to that routine. I know it might be hard at first but trust me you'll thank me later. Also remember to eat atleast 1 chicken breast/lb of bw
