I haven't taken roids yet I'm only 23 I'm going to wait until I'm 27 or so. I have a really good personal trainer who helped me make serious gains and a great living.

It was actually more like a year now that i think about it.

I just did a whole ton of cardio, bjj+boxing every day. Theres only about 40 pounds difference in between the two photos.

I should have taken pics when I started, but I went from 340 pounds to 280 pounds in two months. Still have about another hundred to go :'(

5'9 180 12/13% and my 3 rep max is 280 on bench so maybe 290 ish
