Is thid bad posture?
Is the arc on my lower back too big?
Is it that why my lower belly pops out that much? or just fat?

it's called lumbar hiperlordosis, it's quite common and you can straighten it with exercises

So bad posture is what makes me think i have a belly then. I'll keep eating a lot and lifting heavy then. If anyone has exercices to fix my posture, please share.
