Getting there. Keep at it. Make sure you don't bulk too hard or anything. If I were you I'd keep my calories at maintainance and keep protein high so you can lean out gradually.

You have a good base and nice broad shoulders. You're doing well as far as I can tell.

Shoulders and lats look good.

Make sure you're not using your front delts in your chest work outs. Minimize that by pinching your shoulder blades back and shrugging your shoulders down.

You actually have decently long enough clavicles. When you lean out your hips will be much smaller. As you put more muscle on your shoulders will give you a better v taper.

Just do lots of side lateral raises and cut down some.

At least you're not super fat, you just have to build some muscle so that you can lean out easier.
