All the deniers are just playing the blame game.
They're anxious and have a severe lack of confidence so they blame women completely for screwing up everything or being bitches, and pin the success of Chads on genetics. Yes, they help, but it's not going to greatly affect the endgame and there's dozens of ways to make yourself look more than acceptable for most women. Unless you're deformed or fat as absolute shit you can get the inner confidence and charisma to get a loyal, loving girlfriend.
They need to expose themselves, talk to people, stop pinning all of their weaknesses and fears on others. Yes, there are bad women but they're never going to find one of the many great ones by sitting on Veeky Forums and being a bitch.

Nope, being a Chad is influenced to a big extent by your genetics. If you're a low test small frame manlet who has been raised as a nice guy, it's pretty unlikely that you're ever going to be a Chad. However, if you're an average dude, you can significantly improve your life by adopting some Chad characteristics.
