Some user on here posted some hair care health for people with male-pattern baldness. I've been following some of it and even though it's been a few weeks it's definitely helped.

In the beginning of July I'd lose handfuls of hair after running a comb through it, anytime I touched it my fingers would come away with 1 or 2 stray hairs.

Just 3 weeks in and I lose on average 3 hairs when combing, and I can run my fingers through my hair without tugging anything out.

This dude has a youtube channel dedicated to showing his progress and the techniques he uses. It's a bit of extra work every day, but it actually does seem to work.

For some reason I can't quite hit that level of arm muscle. I do mostly curls and use pretty much every machine and workout that doesn't involve overextending my knees (I injured my right knee and it never healed properly). Is there anything else I should be doing/eating to get these arms? Because I want them.
