not that user but mixing an egg into oats is awesome. i do it every morning. cook em on the stove, mix in an egg at the very end, let it firm up again; add flavored protein powder, peanut butter, and a teaspoon of brown sugar.

Is it ok if I eat 3 cans of tuna on my lifting days? Usually have 2 in the morning and 1 for dinner.

It's 270 calories 60g protein for 3 and they're perfect/easy protein.

it's fine, mercury poisoning via tuna is a myth. tuna contains enough selenium to offset the mercury.

I bought pic related tuna from cosco and opened my first can today and it tasted truly awful. I just ate it plain with a bit of pepper and a slice of bread and celery on the side but I couldn't even come close to finishing the tuna. Do you prepare it somehow? I guess a sandwhich would be the easiest option but maybe a tuna salad or something I don't know. Please help, I have like 11 and a half more cans to get through and I'm dreading it.

Mustard makes it divine. Add your choice of seasonings to it. Flavored seasonings.

Mustard, dijon or otherwise, fixed in is good.

Mix an egg in it and throw it on the stove for about a minute. little salt and pepper.

cheese spreads or dips help. cottage cheese, feta spread, etc.

Just dont eat it out of the fucking can straight. Youll get sick of it too quick and give up on what is a great source of easy protein

I like my canned tuna with mashed avocado, salsa, and cottage cheese all stirred together

Besides that I'd recommend you try mixing some up with buffalo sauce (and maybe a touch of mayo), trying pic related, or looking at the link below for recipes that include canned tuna

Dinner:
Can vary a lot. common dinners can be a burger, stuffed peppers, fish, chicken, tacos, stir-fry. Usually have beans or rice or potato with the meal.

Snack:
If I'm under 1600 I fill the rest of my calories with things like nuts, protein bar, seeds, fruit, veggies, hardboiled egg.

FRANKS RED HOT, mix that shit and you are good to go

I wish I did have a diet per say.i try to eat clean ie tilapia chicken breast vegetables ect but I end up eating like shit almost every day
