What did I just buy?

How bad did I do?

You bought designer whey natural 100% whey protein

I've never even heard about that brand.

Pretty bad tbqhfam

Was the best whey protein 20 yrs ago. Didn't know they were still around.

Trader Joes, 11$
I just saw it and thought,"cheap protein"

oh la la french vanilla hon hon le baguette non?

Shit, used to be $40 or more.

>Made in the USA
j'accuse!

You could've done worse

>Desiigner
Fuck, they're so similar!

The cans at trader Joe's are pretty small.

This one is 340grams/12oz

I guess it's better than muscle milk.

About a dollar an ounce. Price-wise it's not stellar, but it's not terrible either. Picture of the nutrition facts?

...

>20/31 grams are protons.
It's shit.

It'll get the job done. For comparison here's what I use, Muscle Feast vanilla whey

>Muscle Feast vanilla whey
56 freedom tickets for 5 pounds.
That's actually cheaper than this per ounce.

In the interim,
I'm thinking of combining this with yogurt/cereal mix I eat. Is this a bad idea?

The product itself doesn't look too bad.

Your wallet will be the limiting factor of your gains if you can't afford it all the time.

I mix protein powder with yogurt all the time, it's really delicious.

I haven't had issues doing it this way and I would imagine the same thing with the cereal mix.

Make sure it's mixed throughout whatever you're using.

I think in the short run this'll work. When I get to somewhere more stable I'll switch over to

Sounds like a plan, gl user.

I like this stuff. I get it $20 for 30 scoops at target.
