Hit them directly, do wrist curls, wrist roller, thick bar training, farmer walks, grippers... Don't listen to these DYELs who say that all you need are rows and deadlifts, that will give you some size when you're a beginner, but you'll never maximize your development that way.

He might of, I've technically been lifting since I was 12 (20 now) but I only did chest and bi's every saturday for 45 minutes. No progress is made on a program like that.

Add in Lateral raises. Start light and focus on controlled, clean reps. Watch some YouTube videos.

Are you retarded? The bicep muscle has one function compared to the tricep. I'm not saying it should be removed all together dumbass, but the amount of exercises that train it are minimal. Because it's a shit muscle with low functionality.

okay yeah, Piana is nuts and obviously don't do 2 hours of triceps with sets of 40 reps. BUT he goes over a ton of great tricep isolations that you can use for a hypertrophy routine.
