5 strips of bacon, 2 eggs, some cheddar cheese, in a sandwich.
1 bagel

1/2 Banana

1 serving almonds

Well technically my breakfast was some Turkey chili I made.
But what I had early this morning around the time you normies eat breakfast was

>1/2 cup mixed berries
>1/2 cup cottage cheese
>1 scoop of whey
Cut. I've got about 600 calories left. Cutting on about 1500+/-. Probably gonna go for a walk since all I've done today is play overwatch nonstop for 10 hours.
Drink water.

Left over pizza and whatever the hell was in that brown paper bag

I have had these and I think they're delicious. As an added bonus, I am no longer a skelly.
2 toast with 12-15g butter
300mL of semi skimmed milk mixed with an espresso
40-50g of smoked salmon
170g of 100% mixed berry juice
some muesli when I feel like it
also I ran on that plus 2 of those egg muffins by alan thrall, delicious. theyre over now and my parents are here, they hate eggs

I made the turkey chili in there. Gotta say it's different but pretty good. I'm not eating as much of it as that user that made it though.

If you're eating enough of a surplus for strength training, you're getting enough protein, I guarantee it.

Yeah, pretty much this. I only focus on kcal when bulking.
1 cup non-fat Greek Yogurt
1/4 cup granola
1/4 cup shredded almonds
2x packets of sweetner
1 snack cup of peaches
Mix all that shit together
>frosted mini wheats this week
>next week is eggs
>usually quest bar or brotein shake
>cutting
>50 fat / 50 carb / 140 brotein
>1500 calories/day
