so i am here to seek your expertise,

1. I want to know the best exercise to prevent/remove any manboobs and build some muscles on my chest.

2.How should start musclebuilding? What exercises and so on?

3. What should i eat/not eat? And how much?

hey man, this is the best advice i can give you. Trust me man, I was in the same boat as you and I would gladly like to give you advice.
Remember even if it gets hard keep pushing.

1.You have to cut carbs completely. absolute zero carbs and eat very little fat.
This will maximize fat loss while preserving muscle. This is what most bodybuilders do because it works my man.
Basically cut carbs out completely, eat very very little fat and eat lots of protein.
You will want to eat 1500 calories, buy a calorie counting application and you will be able to monitor your calories well.

Prioritize cardio over weight training because lifting barely burns calories, cardio does. Bodybuilders rely on cardio when getting lean to 3% body fat because weight lifting is not enough.
Keep doing cardio and once you lose all the fat, start weight training. But for now you don't even have to weight train, prioritize cardio and I promise you you will lose fat.

TLDR
No carbs, very little fat and lots of protein
Eat 1500 calories everyday, if you want on Sunday you can eat 2000 as a reward.
Only do cardio for now, once you lose all the fat you start building muscle. (cutting + bulking cycle).

Diet is simple
Don't eat fast food
Don't eat premade food(frozen pizza, lasagna in a can etc etc)
Don't eat junk food
Don't eat snack food
Don't eat candies
Drink nothing but water
Drink up to a gallon of clean water a day
Eat meat from the meat aisle, not prebreaded or prepackaged shit. Stuff that comes in a plastic cellaphane wrap
Eat veg from the veg aisle
Eat fruit occasionally.
Eat nuts
Have one cheat day every week.

Exercise is getting up off your ass and going for daily hour long walks or biking or swimming for up to an hour and no less then 30 minutes.

Doing basic bodyweight/calisthenics movements like pushups squats chinups bridges and whatever stomach exercise you want.

Do this for 2 months.
