What is your diet like Veeky Forums?

Since becoming determined to get stronk, I pretty much eat the same thing 6x a week sometimes with variations,

Breakfast
>Oatmeal in skim milk
>Greek yogurt
>Walnuts
>Strawberries

Preworkout meal
>1 scoop in skim milk
>some fruit

Lunch and Dinner
>Chicken breast
>Spinach rice
>Broccoli
>Sometimes beans with the rice
>Occasionally shrimp or fish instead of chicken

Snacks
>Fruit
>Nuts
>Pb n j on whole wheat
>Peanut butter on fruit

On the weekends I try to go out to eat once or twice and generally will eat something unhealthy one of these days. For instance I had a delicious full stack of pancakes w sausage last Sunday.

Today's dinner

>250g ground turkey
>1/2 cup mixed veg
>3 eggs
>side 280g (Steamed) broccoli, 100g(boiled) spinach, 1/2 cup (cooked) brown rice, all w/ hot sauce

taste good, toots abound tho

Staples are usually strip steak, baked chicken, frozen wild caught salmon, broccoli, carrots, brown rice, black or kidney beans, OATZ, greek yogurt, assorted berries, grapefruit, cashews, whey, avocados, unsweetened almond milk, salsa, eggs, whole wheat pancake mix and cock.

I always make the same yoghurt/strawberry protein crab.

My gains are through the roof!

As much nom-processed foodvas I want. Mostly lentils, eggs, dairy, tubers etc. 5lbs of veggies a day

Breakfast- 2 eggs

Lunch- can of tuna and a whole big tomato

Dinner- chicken breast with broccoli or corn

I take a multivitamin as well once a day

Iktf bro I've been eating only rice, potatoes and eggs and tuna for the past 3 months

Lunch
> chicken chopped, with parsley, wild rice, brocolli, spinach, peas, carrots - sautee in a nonstick pan
> shrimp skewers on a garden salad, with a small side of bell pepper wild rice

Snack
>pb on banana
>danone protein yogurt
(if I'm working out in the afternoon)
>egg whites, with spinach
>fresh fruit

Dinner
>Steak or Chicken, with sides from lunch + some grilled veggies

After dinner snack
> Halo Top
> Fresh cut papaya + mango

Mainly I just skip the after dinner snack because it makes me feel bloated. Maybe just eat a little papaya if I'm feeling peckish.

If this is bait, please say something. Not eating breakfast, or eating breakfast is completely irrelevant to calorie loss and overall health.

Not eating breakfast lets you train harder in the morning, is more convenient and when cutting it's especially cool because you can't really go over maintance on a 4 hour feeding window.

And there are hundreds of other benefits to not eating breakfast but Veeky Forums will dismiss them as broscience because if it isn't squats and eating like a pig it's bro science.
