This is me just hit 2 years of lifting. Im the guy who said OP is nowhere near his natty limit. I rarley post, but only did because I want to enter a comp next year. Im putting on size still 203ibs/215. I watched at least 30 BB dvds. I didnt want to post my pic cause most people will say im not natural or some shit. I had my physique critiqued and I badly need calves/front delts/More lats. Im just saying OP has a lot of wiggle room cause im doing mensphyique too

If you look like that after two years of natty lifting, you are a genetic freak. The vast majority of men would not get gains anywhere close to that no matter what they did.

why did they say front delts and not more mass on shoulders? how do you tell if someones front delts are lagging? I never ever train front delts only presses lateral and rear so theyll look rounded out. Do front delts need more than just all the pushing movements?

if youre 2 years were around early 20s I dont see why it wouldnt be. I think you should go to an actual gym instead of being home gym mustard race so you can see what other people look like. This isnt a genetic freak physique and you can most definitely expect to be that size naturally

I hated training abs so I ate clean most of the time
Im going to make a better routine in 2 weeks that will help me gain more size on my weak points it normally takes me 2 hours to make a new schedule

You should lean out as much as you can because they WILL dock points for being soft and has no vascularity. Don't matter which category you're gonna be in ( except men's classic physique category, they are slightly easy going in terms of vascularity. but that ones is shit tier). Also, posing is extremely important as well. You can be the biggest and has the most balanced insertions out of all competitors... but you're posing is shit. Then you have literally no chance of winning since bodybuilding competition is really about stage presence and it's not just muscle party. Watch a couple of boy building show o youtube, you will immediately see who might have the potential to win just by looking at their posing balance and just how well they look on stage.
