Until I read some shit about how fructose and lactose are processed by your liver and only restore glycogen levels in your liver and if your liver is already full it gets converted directly into FAT.

Now i'm too scurred, what do I do? I mean I was having these shakes first thing in the morning when I assume liver glyco levels are at their lowest but I just don't know friends

Fart the entire day

First breakfast at 5 am is 2 cups of rolled oats with milk, and then I drink 4 raw eggs. Usually eat a carrot and apple while driving to work too. Second breakfast at 8:30 is 1-1.5 cups of oats and a cup of almonds.

1 coffee.

You guys should try not eating breakfast, you can still make gains.

...

couple scoops whey with water, a couple hours later i'll get a holiday station spinach turkey egg sandich.17 grams protein, 220 cals. lately tho ive been frying an egg or two and having that on toast with avocado and butter. usually a black coffee sometime in the a.m

>tfw you realize oats are a meme

man I really need to increase how much I eat for breakfast, but I just can't do it. I'm never hungry after waking up. Can't even force myself to do it, I've tried.

3 eggs, scrambled
Bowl of oats with whole milk
What's left in a pint glass of whole milk after pouring on to oats

1 cup greek yogurt
1/3rd cup oats
1 cup fresh fruit (usually strawberries or grapes
Black coffee

1 piece of fruit (usually banana, nectarine or apple)
greek yogurt with added fresh red fruits (usually strawberries)
some kind of carb, usually grain cookie
coffee w/ milk
cigarette

its a question of habits, just really force you for a week or two and you'll get into it. Maybe try eating stuff that's not necessarily healthy but that you really like, like a full english breakfast, or maybe something light that wont necessarily make you feel full but will get you into the habit

Good idea. I'll give it a go, thanks.
