I was never taught to eat as a kid and it carried over to my current life. I'm working on eating more now.

I'm nervous around strangers, even more around women. It was hard enough to adapt to tall muscular dudes looking at me smirking behind their back when I started going to the male gym but I somehow managed since the dudes were cool but I can't relax if its women.

Yeah, if you're doing work outs ranging at least in the hour-long every day, 2928 to maintain seems about right.

Do note that you're already overweight at such a short height, and fat also has a maintenance cost (though it's smaller than muscle's).
