A yogurt milkshake and few pints of ice cream during my cut. Wisdom teeth getting yanked sucks

Two chicken breasts and rice, 2 scoops with 600ml whole milk and a peanut butter sandwich.

Eggs, yogurt, peanut butter, and then I ruined it with French toast and syrup.

All day I had like an apple, a few mushrooms, half a chicken breast, an egg, a couple of diet cokes, and the usual supplements.

I've lost about 10 pounds in 2 weeks, currently weighing 189. Am I over doing it? (I'm 7' 8")

Breakfast: Steak and asparagus + my protein shake (cashew milk and protein powder)

Lunch: Chicken salad (spring mix) with cherry tomatoes dressed in olive oil and red wine vinegar

Yeah, if you eat to little you'll just rebound and gain more weight after your diet is over. Find something healthy, nutritious, and stable.

For the record I am also 5'8 and I weighed 210 in February, now I'm down to 168.

I didn't eat at all. I had some coffee with cream and sweetener, maybe 3-5 cups.
Then I drank some juice that I had made at home.
Then I had about 8 beers.
I'll still wake up a full pound lighter than I did yesterday.

2 eggs scrambled with spinach, whole wheat tortilla, and some sriracha on top for breakfast.

No lunch, was at the pool.

Dinner was chicken breast, black beans with tomatoes and green chilis, a dollop of greek yogurt as my 'sour cream'.

Then had two homemade cinnamon rolls and a cup of black coffee.

Only was ~800 cals in total. Not sure the calories on the rolls, but every before it was a little over 500 calories so I'm guessing the rolls were probably ~300.

I'm on a 1200 cal a day cut but I am finding it hard to get 1200 calories.

Trying to cut on around 1500 calories. Schedules all fuckey because I work overnights but

I'm losing weight so porridge for breakfast, tin of soup for lunch and either chicken breast or tuna steak with white rice (tried brown, can't stomach it) and steamed veggies. No treats at all. Seems to be working, I've lost 1 stone and 5 lbs over the last two months.

Breakfast: Banana, cup of low fat joghurt
Lunch: Chili with 400g lean minced meat, can of black beans, can of chopped tomato, can of chipotles

Dinner will be another banana and half a litre of low fat milk

The only thing I'd say is that 1 teaspoon of salt is WAY too much. Try 1/4 teaspoon at most.

Make sure you use olive oil to cook in also
