How to shit out all this food I eat? I'm 18 so my puberty gains have me eat a lot. I drink a lot of coffee in the morning which helps shit but my god sometimes I waste an hour or two in the bathroom each day.

I'm running sheiko medium prep 1 on the sheiko app. Are the squats supposed to be really easy? Should I inflate my max? Dead and bench seem fine but squat just seems a bit easy

When I was in British equivalent of high school our school gym had a tread mill and maybe like 2 rowing machines and then was it.

Ya, 36kg on my bench(115-151), 54kg on my squat(136-190) and 55kg on my deadlift(180-235). Only the bench was semi peaked, the rest are just random training maxes.

I'm looking for some resources on customising the Sheiko template (e.g. changing the deadlift variations to ones I can do, changing some squats to front squats, etc), basically understanding how you change the program to put in the different SPP exercises and GPP, where is it explained how I can customize the Sheiko template in this way or do I just guess it? Inb4 do it how its written he tells you himself to choose appropriate SPP/GPP to your weaknesses.

only real downside I'm thinking is the guys at work taking the piss, but really a nose job would work wonders. might even help with all the nosebleeds too.

I think it's pretty common sense: knock off 5-10% for deficits or paused squats or whatever, add the same for slingshot or board press. There's a good amount of discussion about it on the main "3 day programs" and "4 day program" threads on the Sheiko forums.
