Whole milk or skim?

Whole milk or skim?

Whole don't be a pussy

Almond

Skim
I'd only recommend whole if you're having trouble getting enough calories

Whole for me fagalam

Milk is for calves

...

rice

Calves are genetics

Whole. Same goes for yogurt and cottage cheese.

Calf raises are for calves. Milk is for mass.

>Calves become bulls
>He doesn't wanna be a bull

Honest question. Is there any vegetal milk with more protein than cow one?

>tfw you've been on Veeky Forums so long that you read calves and think of leg muscles before baby cows

Not more, but soy milk is on par with cow milk for protein

>milk or water
only women even consider this choice. and 90% will go for the wrong one.

kefir
>almost no lactose
>tons of probiotics
>tastes great

>paying the same for watered down milk

people don't actually buy skim do they?

skim is great for making lower calorie shakes that have the same amount of protein (without having to make nasty water-based shakes). same for oats

skin

whole is too rich for me

u w0t

skim is usuallt cheaper wherever i shop

These beverages are not even close to actual milk in terms of nutrients and shouldn't be called milk.

this

Oat milk or flax milk is awesome when I can get it but otherwise

I literally drink half & half.

Skim.

Dairy fat is a waste product imo.

I went back to whole, because I've noticed that the fat percentage in my diet was a bit low.
There are a lot of bodybuilders who swear onto animal fats too.

>skim

literally just shit water.

if you're on gear and not lactose intolerant and bulking you can use full cream milk.

If you don't qualify for all 3 then fucking use almond milk instead, or just make whey shakes out of unflavored yogurt.

Yes, that was the implied joke.

2% all the way
>more protein per serving than whole, 1%, and fat free

This, but only if the almonds have been activated before the milking process.
