What the fuck do you eat Veeky Forums?

What the fuck do you eat Veeky Forums?
Can you sum up your daily routine to be well fed for the Gym?
Is there any kind of universal route for food nutrition? (cutting in gym, having good skin etc.)
Are the vitamins, shakes, supplements the Snake Oil?
Or rather, what the fuck I can eat that is affordable?
(yeah I'm poor fag as fuck so need to be very fucking careful here)

>inb4 read the fucking pic related
Its ingredients not a whole dinner or breakfast! I know that you need to drink a 1 gallon of fresh water per day tho...

>inb4 user the sticky ffs
I have read that too 2 fucking times!

Thanks m8s

assemble the ingredients into whole dinners or breakfasts.

it's cooking dumb shit not rocket science, figure it out

>you can made a dinner out of broccoli and oranges

I mean, you could... but stop acting stupid.

Breakfast: banana, eggs, oats.
Lunch: chicken breast, turkey, rice
Dinner: ground beef with potatoes and green beans.

Snacks can be nuts, oats, greek yogurt, or some fruit.

It's that simple.

>It's that simple.
Its hard as fuck, the proper cheap nutrition is the hardest thing I have ever encountered

Cheap and proper depends widely on where you live. I've come to the conclusion that in Europe food is way more expensive than in the states.

The basic rules are : the less processed, the better it is
Have a varied diet so you have enough micronutrient (you can eat the same main stuff several days, but not the EXACT same meals everyday, unless it's really a mix of everything)
Enjoy what you eat.

For the price part, it depends. Fresh might be cheaper than frozen, or it may not. Fish may be cheaper than meat, or it may not... To my experience though, it seems that the cheapest source of protein is prot powder.

For the rest, it depends on your goals, and what you prioritize...

during the week
breakfast: low fat joghurt, banana, black coffee
weekday lunch: rice, steamed vegetables, steamed fish, hotsauce
weekend lunch: chili with lean ground beef and plenty beans or lean steaks with potatos or turkey breast with vegetables and rice

snacks: one of the following protein bar, banana, low fat milk, almonds with cayenne pepper
dinner: tuna

Breakfast
>Two boiled eggs
>Two pieces of bacon

Snack
>Handful of almonds
>Handful of berries

>Lunch
>Salad, varies but seafood or Jamaican

Snack
>Almonds or protein shake on strength days

Dinner
>Buttered steak, two eggs, cheddar cheese
or
>Chicken breast, cheddar cheese, tomato

Thanks you guys for more well put thoughts in this thread, is it possible to maintain the overall diet with having good balanced crucial vitamins as well? eg. Zinc, B12

Also, "protein bar" can you make one by yourself?

affordable healthy carbs:
oatmeal, rice, beans, sweet potato
affordable protein:
eggs, chicken breast
eat as much as you want of:
vegetables
dessert:
fruit

vitamins shakes and supplements are a waste of money

Here is a clean bulk if you consider beer clean. I didn't eat the potatoes and tuna yet, and haven't entered the exercises yet.

I don't eat as much when it's a rest day.

Breakfast
>McMuffin sausage & egg

Snack
>Bag of potato chips of choice

Lunch
>Cheeseburger with bacon
>Chili Chicken Burger

Snack
>20 Chicken McNuggets

Dinner
>Big Mac
>Double Cheeseburger

>Don't forget your daily 2 liters of CocaCola!

Every meal is
a Protein
a Carb
a Fruit/vegetable

Quantity as needed

Make 3-5 meals a day with some snacks in between

If you go out to work, study etc pre-cook your meals

Thats how i do it

This video shows it relatively good:

Its weight loss focused, but the tips are universal

Macros and micros. As you can see I fucked up the potassium thing but yeah, I don't think I should follow a diet this autistically.

Yes it is, it is also necessary. IIFYM is bullshit and multivitamins are a meme. CRONOMETER is very useful.

what site/app is this?

Fuck I forgot the image.

Cronometer.

You can make your own protein bars yes.
I made some before out of soy, whey protein, almonds, almond meal and a little bit of oatmeal. They were expensive to make this way so I don't think it was worth it.

All you really need is whey and some sort of solidifier.
Black bean paste and whey
oats, egg whites and whey
Dates and whey

you can also make fruit/veggie smoothies, add whey, then dehydrate it in a dehydrator so it solidifies into protein fruit leather

I've gone vegan and lost a shitload of fat. I'm really happy.

What do I have to eat to have a nice skin? My body is super pale since I barely go out and it has a slightly rough texture.

fats

I'm trying to cut lately, are there any alternatives?

....
Eat enough fats to fill your macro you moron

I like to make a "muscle smoothie" where I mix all the things that I need to eat to fill my macros with some ice and put it in a blender.

I have IBS so...today I had part of a bottle arizona ice tea and a few spoonfuls of white rice. And then I got to trace the progress of my meal through my body via the pain. Most of what came out was fluid and mucous.

And yet I am still fat.

sucks to suck

>sucks to suck

You ate something that your medical condition reacts with for no apparent reason
then complain about a completely unrelated issue as if it has anything to do it.

You have to be a woman

I think you're mistaking why I'm disgusted with you, ya fucking 14 year old.

Not the sucky guy, roastie
Why the fuck aren't you eating low foodmap if you have IBS? Are you literally retarded?
