Okay I'm seriously considering saying fuck off to SS forever. Sure it's a great beginner program and it doesn't do anything it doesn't advertise and all that. But it's really unclear when you're supposed to stop doing it. I've been lifting for two years now but my lifts are still novice. My highest lifts ever are OHP: 1pl8 1RM Bench 1,5pl8 2RM Squat 2,5pl8 1RM and Deadlifts 3pl8 1RM. PC: 1pl8 3RM. I started at 135lbs BW @ 6ft and I now weigh 174lbs. I've been eating around 3-3500 calories every day but gain neither weight nor strength anymore. I've been stuck on around 187lbs squat for my worksets for about a year now with the occasional 225 5RM depending on mood and energy levels.

Just fuck my life up I feel like I*m an intermediate with novice tier strength. Fucking fuck everything

Why are you using Veeky Forums's arbitrary 1/2/3/4 instead of the programs suggested "when you're not making progress"?

Also, what are your working weights?
I'm 5'8" 150, lifting on a cut for 9 months (2 were bulking, so 7 I guess) and my lifts aren't that far under yours. Are you sleeping enough, skipping or modifying workouts, etc?

Pretty sure they didn't, because that's literally, by the most stringent sense of the word literally, impossible. Not even a roid monkey will gain a quarter pound of muscle per day.

My 3x5 weights are Bench: 165lbs, Squat: 176lbs, Deadlift: 242lbs, OHP: 100lbs PC: 135lbs.

I'm sleeping around six hours a night. Impossible to get more unless I turn to drugs.

You stop doing SS when you can't make any progress with it, like every other beginner routine. This is usually when your bench/squat/deadlift are 1/1.5/2 times your body weight.

Nowhere near 45lbs, rippletits did bf measurements using a caliper, an mri has errors of +/-2% body fat, with calipers you'd be lucky to get errors of +/- 10%. Calipers do not take visceral fat into account, water retention and are highly dependant on technique. They are useless for getting accurate readings.
