>wh*teboi facial structure and tiny wh*te "dick"
Keep dreaming cracker.

We need to build a southern border wall

Plz

What is he holding?

you would rebuild it for turks

The Church of Hagia Sophia

Colossus of Rhodes

WTCs x3

That's just LARPing IMO. I don't dislike new classical style buildings but rebuilding old ass monuments is Macedonia-tier delusion

that's happening right now
imagine the denbts

...

The monuments of the ancient world should be brought back to life. The Flavian amphitheater should be fully restored and put back to functionality. There should be some historical re-enactors to put on Gladiatorial matches, but it's main use should be as a regular amphitheater. Concerts, theater, etc.

Monkeydonia never had any buildings. They're just there to shadow their identity and literacy crisis.

>that's happening right now
It's been happening for is and is overdue. Not a single move towards the project has been made.

Only if there will be actual bloodsports in them otherwise they'll just be filled with gay volleyball tournaments and bad renditions of Shakespeare.

Rebuilding monuments that disappeared might be.
But rebuilding damaged ones is justified.

Mate......

this massive monument to Stalin that overlooked Prague

ISIS was the only one to use them properly

the base is still there
they put a giant metronome on it

Gib me Hanging Gardens plz

Another victim of the communists

>communists are able to do something beatiful

Soviet monuments are some of the worst. They're always so over melodramatic, which makes them look like ironic parodies.

>t. loves nazi "monuments"

Like this? Sure

You may not realize it, but you've proven your own retardation.

A porcelain tower? What was that?

monuments are/were impressive because they were built given the restrictions placed on the people that built it
for them making a massive temple or statue was a great achievement, for us it's easy.

if we want monuments they should be modern monuments that are impressive given OUR capabilities

They're impressive because they're big, beautiful, and honor the Gods. The gods that we still need to pay homage to.

I'd like a Burj Khalifa sized statue of Hitler towering over Berlin.

>lmao commies are so melodramatic

>en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Porcelain_Tower_of_Nanjing

Curb your LARP, they were big and pretty and that's that. Just like the Statue of Liberty or the Eiffel Tower, not everything needs to praise the gods.

>not everything needs to praise the gods.

That's straight up heresy. Sol Invictus needs his statue!

>In December 2015, the modern replica and surrounding park opened to the public
AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA
China was a fucking mistake

It could be much worse, instead of LARPing they built a modern version, nothing wrong with that since it was gone anyway.

>LARPing
Stop misusing this word you reddit faggot

Nigger the tower was built out of shitty materials and by outdated methods that have no merit today let alone would be cringe to reconstruct out of scratch for the sake of hommage. Now you fuck off to reddit with your clueless larp.

>cringe
Can you be more obvious nigger? You won't get upvotes here.

What do you want retard

Leave

every single anceint greek temple

After you /poltard

>/pol instead of /pol/
Not sure if bait or actual redditor

>Another victim of the communists
The Porcelain Tower was destroyed in the Taiping Rebellion.

Taipings are basically Christian ISIS really.

What made you leave reddit newfag

> Only if there will be actual bloodsports in them

Rather watersports;

en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Naumachia

When euros rebuild their shits...
>built in 13th century, razed in WWI, rebuilt in the 60s
It's not "larping", it's respect, accuracy and craftsmanship. Stupid chinks had the money to rebuild a fabulous monument but instead they chose to build an amusement park. Gas them seriously.

Taipings weren't Christian you brainlet.

>This book again

DOWNLOADS PLZ!?

>for them making a massive temple or statue was a great achievement, for us it's easy.

so just build them with original techniques, pay a bunch of history graduates minimum wages to have the real "i drag stones under the scorching sun like a real slave" experience, they'll line up to do it.

>modern monuments that are impressive given OUR capabilities
pic related :^)

All the castles in Eastern France that were destroyed in WW1

was it just unconscious acknowledgement or a lack of self awareness that made it look like the tower of babel?

>more gaudy soviet shit

All the castle ruins across the world, period.

>tfw no international organization with the goal of restoring or rebuilding every single damaged fortification

They should rebuild the Circus Maximus after an extensive archaeological excavation of the ruins.

Why? Because there is practically nothing left of it except an open space which isn't even nice to chill around at as it is kind of ugly and full of rocks. Second, horse racing is a neat tradition to revive, and it would attract plenty of tourists.

I do believe that sometimes ruins are interesting and should be remain untouched. This is not one of these ruins. It's just a big stretch of nothing.

Instead of investing in Poland, the EU should give us the Circus Maximus.

...

>he doesn't want some easy tourism money

I'd be okay with reconstructing monuments if they were destroyed only because some retard decided to act like a chimp centuries ago

Anyone else find it kind of endearing that Hadrian improved / renovated / rebuilt so many buildings in Rome but pretty much always left the original inscriptions?

e.g. he had the Pantheon built but he left Agrippa's inscription from the previous temple on that spot over the entrance.

>easy tourism money
tourists are a plague

Sometimes they're preferrable to not having em.
