what is some great advice you wish you knew when you started?
I wish I knew what wrist rolling was when I began
What is some great advice you wish you knew when you started?
don't trust Veeky Forums
1. Consistent progress, no matter how little > everything
2. It takes a long time, don't give up because you dont look like your favourite action movie hero in a month or two
3. (Because I'm a skinny bastard) Eat. EAT!
4.Form > more weight
5. If a supplement or certain clothes help you make progress, nothing wrong with using them. Don't be a snob.
in that order of importance.
>wristlets
When will they learn?

Dont be scared to take steroids
Stick with SS for the first 6 months, don't let Veeky Forums's memery scary you into changing your routine before you're ready
>tfw cant find any weightsets that ship to croatia

That bodyweight routines are perfectly fine.
>do dumbbell bench from day 1
>cut to ~15% then bulk until you have decent mass
I wish I had known that I needed 20 pounds of cast iron to use the gyms forge. I couldn't even make a single fucking plate with the amount I brought.

I did wirst rollers for a long time and I never got any results.
Heavy deadlifts also not. I have been seeing only now some forearm gains doing heavy weighted low rep pull ups.
"Wristcurls" seem to work pretty good for me
How often do you do that OP? Tell me everything you wish you would have known about wrist rollers/ forearms.
Take this user's advice. Buy lacrosse balls and support the sport
Never to start in the first place
Cheeki breeki, boys

awww did you forget to stretch everyday?
great forearm exercise. Started doing it after I got into rock climbing and hnnng
it deals with a psychological effect where you see your forearms pumped and you think it will grow
just like doing 50 reps of push up does to your chest
A jesi malo autističan a?
Yeah, as long as it's 2 times bodyweight amirite fellas
How important diet is
I lifted for at least 2 years and hardly saw any changes besides a bit more definition and noob gains obviously. Made more progress 3 months after I started tracking calories and macros than I did in the first 2 years
