Began 2 years ago at 130 5"11. Now 152 in this pic. Progress has been bad because I took long breaks/on and off in those 2 years. Just now getting back into it.

not my strongest now by a long shot, right now I'm benching 250x5 and OHP 165x5. I just recently started squatting again and hit 315x5 atg today, gonna start deadlift again next week (most I ever pulled was 455x5). diet is lots of oats, eggs, sandwiches, fruit, fresh meat, rice and beans, etc. basically I just cook for myself except maybe some in-n-out every other week or so

I've posted it a lot, it's basically 4 days a week push/pull. mondays are squats/bench/chest and tri isolation, wednesdays deadlifts/back and bi isolation, fridays squats/OHP/shoulder isolation, saturday back isolation (with heavy ass glute thrusts). heavy compounds for strength, lots of volume isolation for size. I know everyone memes about "muh SS" and "muh strength base" but you're never gonna get big if you can't move a lot of weight. now that I'm on a reasonable surplus after a pretty long maintenance period I've started alternating bench/OHP every MWF, kinda like starting strength. won't be able to keep it up forever but it feels awesome for now

I do the exact same program as you. Coming from ss, 5/3/1, madcows and PHAT, I find that this method is the best way to increase strength and gain mass. Currently on it for 6 months. Loving it still

I do. Right now I'm just eating at maintenance. It kinda feels like limbo, though... like I could be getting leaner more quickly if I ate less, or stronger more quickly if I ate more. I am recovering from a knee surgery so I can't go all out on squats and deads yet, and have to do a bunch of extra rehab exercises (which take up about 1 extra hour of gym time) prescribed by my doctor like 1 legged leg presses, calf raises, hamstring curls, etc. Cannot do highbar squats or front squats or anything where I go under 90 degrees yet.

Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday:
Squats, Deadlifts, calf raises, single leg presses, hamstring curls and lat pull downs.

Wednesday and Sundays:
Bench, curls, chinups, 30 mins of cardio

Fridays:
same as Wednesdays and Sundays but OHP instead of bench.

btw, I treat curls, chinups, etc, as the cherry on the sundae. Squats, Deadlifts, Bench, and OHP are the exercises that I take most seriously where I am pushing myself, doing more sets, and adding weight more consistently.

I mostly do curls because bench sometimes causes some discomfort on my left elbow, and curls make it feel better (maybe it's all in my head, though).

I really like this concept but It looks a bit like a split how you almost exclusively do chest stuff on A and shoulder on C. Why not mix it up more?

My 1rm is 225 on bench. Normally i do 135 3x8.

Ceased drinking a fifth of rum every night. Was down to 160 lbs before going to rehab. Graduated with honors then started lifting again. Ate and lifted with a vengeance till I gained 30 lbs in 3 months. No supps. No PEDs. Just a drive to civilize the mind and make savage the body.

I've been resistance training since I was 10. Parents were bodybuilders. This and medical education gave me the tools to train smart.
