After a prolonged period of training with pinkies at the rings (and a short period of middle finger at rings) I still find I'm stronger with a close grip.

Does this necessarily indicate a pec weakness or form issues? Anyone else have a similar experience? It just feels more natural and I can stay tighter, even if I haven't trained CGB in a while.

Good squat leverages mixed with being too fat to get into optimal position for a conventional deadlift

he pulled 375;5 at worlds, but it dipped slightly at lock out.

Couple reasons. Grip being a limiting factor, his huge gut getting in the way of his set up/positioning, and more. Deadlifts sort of plateau past the 93s.

If you do it slowly you probably won't lose much strength if any, and can actually gain a small amount of muscle. Most strength that you lose you'll likely regain after eating at maintenance again.

Have any of you ever hurt your neck/back bench pressing? I was on the bp and after my set I felt super tight on my lower cervical/upper thoracic area. It hurt to twist my head left, down, or right. This morning, it still feels the same. Did I just become a quadriplegic?

When I cut I only ate two meals a day. One smaller one when I woke up and as much as I wanted after I worked out. Just have a good protein source in each meal and you'll be fine.

Do still life drawing every single day and you will become a much better draftsman.

Drawing from life is your volume hypertrophy work, and drawing the things that you want to draw is your maxing session.

I have an electric range instead of a gas range, so my Wok cooking is a little bit modified.

The good news is that even with chunky chicken, it's still very tender. I don't cook it all the way through at first, because it spends time with the sauce and the vegetables afterwards.

What wrist wraps do y'all use? Injured my wrist and can't do lowbar w/o using suicide grip, bench is painful

Currently using my friend's boxing wrist wraps. I prefer more flexibility it seems but a "stiffer" fit seems to be better for wrist health. Also, bench grip isn't super wide
