I suspect low bar parallel depth on squats and belt + sumo stance on deadlift, but who knows he might be naturally strong.

I'm 6'1 at 211 pounds
275 squat and deadlift
150 bench
110 OHP

Cautionary tale kids, eat right and be consistent with your exercise or end up like me.
Finally got my diet right around 3 months ago.

Should I GOMAD?

No just do clean bulk for an indefinite period. GOMAD is easy gains at first, but shit for the long term.

You can gain as fast as GOMAD without drinking milk if you have the discipline.

Started May 11 , got a real strength routine mid June , added accessory in July , So i'm 3 and half a month into lifting .

Bench press : 66 Kg 5x5
Ohp : 42Kg 5x5
Squat 84 Kg : 5x5
Deadlift 108 Kg : 1x5
Front squat ( used to do this before going back to back recently ) : 80kg 5x5

Started counting Kcals mid July at 2850 KCals/day

2 years
Squat: 264lbs
Bench: 187lbs
Deadlift: 308lbs (It's actually three plates but kilos =/= pounds apparently)

I never lifted my upper body is shit. Plus I broke my arm a long time ago and never trained afterwards

Been lifting on/off for 10 years now. Started getting serious about 6 months ago with a good routine.
>bench 295

Deadlift: 385lb

High bar squat and conventional pull, not a powerlifter either just use DC training

> 5 years
>current lifts are shite
>Best are 355lb squat, 405 DL, 165 OHP, 265 bench
>lifted through 3 hamstring pulls with 6 week recovery times, 2 partially torn achilles tendons with 1 year recovery time each, and a summer of low calorie long distance (5+ days) hiking

my lifts never had a fucking chance to get good

9 months
6'3" 198lbs
225 bench
286 squat
330 deads

Bruh are you me? I'm thinking of starting to go to this small local personal training gym to see if having a trainer on my ass all the time will help me break through the plateau but idk. My hip flexor and Achilles have been fucked for a year.

>year and a half
>350 lbs. Squat
>435 dl
>245 bench

Ha ha holy kek I'm at 4 months with the same stats

Yeah, that'll def give you an over 4x body weight deadlift bro. I could only deadlift 1.5x body weight until I put a belt on then it was 5 times instantly.

Been lifting for 4 hours.
Squat: 610 lbs
Deadlift: 990 lbs
Bench: 520 lbs
OHP: 115 lbs

6 months

bench 5x80 kg
squat 5x145 kg
deadlift 5x160, 1x180 kg

175cm and 120kg of fat

If your squat is that high while your deadlift is that low, you're quarter squatting

~33 months
Squat 160 kg
Bench 107.5 kg
Dead 210 kg
OHP 70 kg

Bw 98 kg

Achilles tendon injuries fucking suck, they take so long to heal. There are no blood vessels penetrating the tendon, so they take forever to heal. You can snap your arm in half and be using it at 100% in 6 months, but these fucking tendons man.

And I thought I was having hip flexor problems too, but I was actually possibly having Femoral Anterior Glide, which is the head of your femur sliding forward in your hip socket due to lack of glute activation during squats. It's apparently very commonly mis-self-diagnosed as a strained hip flexor. There's a decent amount of material on it, google it

manlet

almost a month
>squat: 135x5
>deadlift: 175x5
>bench: 170x5

3 years - 183cm, 81kg

Squat: 140kg
Deadlift: 170kg
Bench: 90kg (by far my worst lift)
OHP: 70kg

Why is your weight so low for 7 months?
> are you grille?

They're probably doing a split instead of any sort of strength training.

Either you a liar or you juice

2 years and 5 months
Bench: 340 lbs (now 300)
Squat: 3pl8
Diddly: 425

I ignored legs for a long time. Heed my warning anons

Also 6'0" and 205 lbs

...

2 yrs, 6'2 190 lbs, started at 130 lbs

Squat 320
Don't bench b/c torn labrum, max OHP around 170
DL 405

First post here

3 months on SS
5'8"
60 kg / 132 lbs

5RMs because I don't do 1RM:

Squat: 82.5 kg / 182 lbs
DL: 85 kg / 187 lbs
Bench: 50 kg / 110 lbs

I don't really have any idea how good I'm doing, but I'm progressing stats and bulking, nonetheless.
