Used to box, really let myself go. Started going to the gym last week, following this routine. of ABABA, then BABAB. 15-20 minute jog everyday (est. burning 150-220 calories)
Each is 5 sets of 10, 1 min in between.

A
Push ups 20 (I can do like 3-5 good pushups)
Squat 30 (working on form, 5ish but my lower back hurts after so keeping it light until form is good)
pull ups 10 (Can't do these, sub with lat pulldowns)
dips 10 (Can't do these, still need to find sub)
Sit up 20 (Can do 5 or so)
Shrugs 10

Push up diamond 20 (I can do 3)
box jump 25 (Hard as fuck)
chin up 10 (can't do these, sub with bicep curl)

If look like you should include some intense supersets (that'd make you look more athletic if you combine large muscle groups) and you'd make a lot of progress.
