'ello feggits

'ello feggits,

avert your attention from manlet, feels and high test threads and be useful for once, won't ya, Veeky Forums?

I'm living the grandiose student life and, well, I don't exactly have a bursting bank account since I left my parents. What are some cheap diets for losing weight and perhaps gaining some little muscle at the same time? And yes, I've read the sticky, I'm looking for concrete diets and concrete prices.

Read the sticky again, since it obviously didn't take the first time

>Student
>Didn't read the infos in the sticky first
>Doesn't know how to use allready given information
>ByeBye Bachelor Degree, you will never make it.

Canned tuna, egg whites, bulk buy a protein powder, frozen chicken breasts, rice, noodles. small amount of muesli to keep the pipes clear too. Fuck greens, get 200g of protein and all the calories you want for only a few £ a day. It's basic but it works.

'concrete prices'
Yeah, because agriculture doesn't vary form place to place. you fucking idiot. kill this stupid thread please, mods.

boku no google

rice erry day
EGGS erry day
chicken thighs erry day
only drink water
mixed bag of veggies or broccoli/lentils erry day

if milk/peanut butter/protein powder is too expensive, eat the cheapest sources of protein/fats/carbs x5 until suicide

It's my first year you meanie ;_;

Real reddit post faggot.

moar

goddamn that bitch is hot im sorry op i didnt read a word of what you had to say i just stared at dat ass for like 5 min

Intermittent fasting and read the sticky.

If you really want to save on money go vegan.

Also even if you dont go vegan you can buy thing likw rice and legumes in bulk so it will cost you waay less.

this but buy frozen veggies as well. KEEP TRACK OF MACROS, it's not ONLY cals in/out; if you only get your cals from fats/carbs you will look like a deflated balloon by the end of your cut

>go vegan
Oh no fuck that I'm not falling for that meme, son

Calories in = grow
Calories out = shrink

However when you workout your body will take the calories gained from burning fat in your body (i.e shrinking) and build muscle.

So in other words if you're skinnyfat then eat a deficit and workout, if you're okay with your bodyfat% then eat maintenance or a slight surplus and workout.

As for eating, buy fresh food. Meat, Dairy, fruit and veggies. Complement with things like rice and nuts that keep for months at a time and are fairly healthy.

How much it costs depends on how much you eat. In general, I'd expect to spend around

$60-100 on meat per month
$30-50 on dairy per month.
$10-25 on veggies per month.
$30-40 on fruit per month.
$20 on complementing stuff per month.
Total: $150 - $235

Divide that by 4 for weekly cost.

Note that I'm Canadian so maybe things are cheaper or more expensive for you.

Fuck you OP, why can't you be the grill in the photo for once? Nobody cares about your petty concerns just lift some weights and read some books faggot.

>$60-100 on meat per month
Acceptable
>$30-50 on dairy per month
I hope you meant to say you spend 30-50$ on whey per month...
>$10-25 on veggies per month
inexcusably low, should be double or more
>$30-40 on fruit per month
ok

Maybe I am the grill, faggot.
Answer to the best of your ability and I'll post nudes

IIRC the girl in the OP is the pornstar Amy Anderssen.

She's entirely plastic and doesn't look as good in her videos as she does in that pictures.
