Idk why so many people are obsessed with avoiding work at all costs. A much better/more realistic aspiration is to manage your money and invest so you can work a job you are ok with, not kill yourself on the hours, and do what you enjoy in your time off. Unless you inherited a pile of cash, the whole "living off your passive income for 50 years" meme is not gonna happen, even if you think you're day-trading skills are top notch.

When I see people who have 4 or 5 different money making projects going on, I just shake my head. And I used to be one of those people.
I think you're best off dedicating 100% of your efforts into one venture, as opposed to just giving a mild effort into a bunch of different projects.
Take a little bit of your savings and invest it into something every once in a while if you wish. But profit from investments should always be viewed as a bonus, not a source of income
