Real estate has definitely helped along the way but it wasn't what got me started.

Ecom was where I started really moving forward and have been coming back to for almost 6 years now. The entire product experience is changing, that may sound obvious now but its something that people hadn't really realized until 2013-2014. Buyers are less concerned with hard goods and more concerned with HOW they bought it, where it was from, who else loves it etc. It's a byproduct of social proof and how IG, FB permeates our lives.

Again, sounds obvious now but that wasn't always the case.

I think I was able to be ahead of the curve on that front because I knew how to tell the story. I knew how to make people feel good about their products. All of my successful launches had incredible organic reach.

I won't lie though, my most successful venture came from "medical" cannabis in Oregon. Sold the business last year for 3.2MM
