Like body weight?
You can only get so far

Literally kill yourself

who

Characters in the pic are humanized mlp characters.
Don't ask me how I know.

Do you mean lifting anything? You can just work in a physically demanding job and you'll build muscle obviously, but youre still lifting, just not barbells.

You obviously don't understand how limited manual labor is. You won't get jacked in any way, you'll lose a lot of weight and be a skinny guys with definition in his forearms or something. Look at all the manual laborers of today. Mexicans that aren't jacked.

this, pic related from continuous labor

you hit forearms, shoulders, biceps and back

Nice trips

This dude is fucking sick though
Found out his lives in my state

Nah thats bs my man. My father was jacked from being a roofer. Youre bound to get jacked when you rip roofs and carry shingles all day. Its exactly like lifting except youre not conciously targetting specific muscles

The main difference between working labor and lifting is the progressive overload. When you lift, you are constantly adding weight and your body adjusts to the small increase in demand from your muscles. Laborers aren't adding intensity to their work, they are always doing the same task at roughly the same intensity. It's like if you started off squatting 2pl8 and never added weight. Your first month or two would show big improvements from your body adjusting to the new physical demands, but if you don't increase the intensity, you body will remain at a level that is sufficient for 2pl8, but no more. The first month or two of a labor job will be really tough, and you will notice yourself getting stronger and better able to do the job, but after you have acclimated to the physical demands of the job, your body has no reason to go beyond what is necessary.

When you can do this come back and let me know how long it took ya.

Also this isnt just balance or skill its pure strength.

This, I work in labor and at this point it's basically cardio

Do you think he trained bodyweight exclusively to be able to do that? That's like the people who think professional crossfitters actually do crossfit to work out

He did he has videos plus lifting weights wouldnt carry over to that much.

work

I bet you think Bear Grylls shows are completely genuine.

no

So provide evidence...why would bodyweight progressions not be suitable for that body movement.

>hurrr durrrrr this is pure strength bruh.

That explains why powerlifters rape bodyweight-only fags in both body weight exercises and power lifts, right bruh?

>Pure strength brah. That's why the body weight guy couldn't even finish the first one

Bro benching will not carry over to that.

He is a body weight athlete who trains specifically for moves like this.

Try it right now and you wont even get your feet off the floor. Hell I bet you wont even being able to fully protract your shoulders while leaning.

Its a different beat and no amounts of weights can train you for the straight arm portion.

Now I have seen strong benchers do the push up portion but with horrible form that would be laughed at by professionals.

No you lazy fuck.

I'd put money on guessing whoever made that picture is a complete dyel who would buckle under the weight of a sweaty towel.

if you wanna get big just do GOMAD bro
