After about 8 months of lifting/ endurance running. Recently cut back on endurance running to just two days a week instead of five. Still lift 4-5 days a week. Can't believe how much my mass built up in the month I cut back on running though.

Still a ways to go I know.

Yih, to be honest I kind of don't want to bulk, because it took a lot to get down to this point from where I was. I know I got to, but I really don't like the idea. It's just as annoying to not have as defined of a lower abdomen as I want. And I got my arms big but my Pecs seem to lag behind. I got a good ass/leg combo though. And my back seems ok. Eh, I'm not really sure what to do from here other than slowly increase weights and eat 1 gram per body weight.

Been working out about 5 months

About 2 months was at home with dumbbells (not good)
2 months was at the gym with machines, no compound workouts
1 month has been on the stronglifts routine and bulking as much as I should have been the whole time, I recently had to reset to empty var and progress because my form was off. Gonna get some real calipers today to know my future plan of action for bulking or cutting

Think it should be around 205 or sumthin? I try to be as strict with form as possible doing bent rows, going much more over 185 atm I start to move a lot in my hips, like I'm trying to use my lower back to get momentum into the lift.

like 15 pullups, I usually do rows 70x10x5 with my back completely horizontal, deadlift max is around 210, I usually do 180 for set of 5-8 depending on how I feel. On the low pulley I do sets of 10 with 100kg, 120 if I have straps.

Oh I assure you I'm well above 14.4%. I'm thinking 18-20. I was caliper tested at 12 at my leanest and that's light night and day, no way I'm only 2% above that right now.
