Been lifting consistently for about 4 years now. About 10 years cumulative if you count all the previous periods of 6-12 months here and there.

Strength keeps going up, could still improve naturally, especially my squat.

My PRs are
200lbs The Press @ 200lbs body weight
320lbs Bench @ 180lbs
365lbs squat @ 190lbs
495lbs deadlift @ 185lbs

The last three years I've tracked my body composition with the InBody system which tested at 98% accuracy and replicability against DEXA scans.

Anyway my lean mass has gone from 154 up to 165 since then but my dry lean mass has gone from 41.7 to 44.8 back to 43.8.

It's always in that range.
It'll go up to near 45 after a bulk, but that's at the cost of an extra 15lbs of fat, by the time I cut it I'm back to where I was.

My chest I'm not sure if it's just shit inserts or if it can still grow, my arms definitely could grow more naturally since most of my time training I ignored them. Shoulders could grow more naturally, from what I hear they'll blow up on gear.

Those lifts aren't very impressive and it seems like your need to keep bf% low has hindered your ability to progress .

Get on 500mg of test e/week or do an EQ/test combo, kickstart both cycles with dbol. Remember to run some AI. roiding will bring up estrogen aswell, which will make you hold water, make you puffy, give you acne and so on.
You will want to fuck everything while on gear, it will make you more alpha aswell, but only if you pin yourself with testosterone, which therefore should be the base of your cycles.

I've taken many and they're consistent and reflect the change in my body.

When I was 9% at 180 it was easy to see that my body had less than 18lbs of fat on it.

Circumstances made it so I maintained it for less than a month.
Took that pic the day before going up to dad's for two weeks for his birthday, ate shit, then the night I got home was called to a bachelor's party, got drunk, smashed head on hotel lobby marble counter, got concussion that prevented me from lifting.

Second cut lasted maybe two months in the 9-11% range but I fucked the post cut reverse dieting protocol because I wanted to get strength back up.

I wouldn't say I'm much fatter, but definitely less tight, pic related.
