Strangely, now that I've switched from cut to bulk as of yesterday, I've increased the portion sizes of the regular food I eat, and protein powder no longer fits my macros, it seems. I need 2750 calories, 170g protein which I hit without even trying.

I can't stand the consistency and flavour of whey powder so I just get my protein from meat and eggs.

there's a shit ton of different protein powders, so talking about "whey protein" as having one consistency and flavor is silly.
