I got in around 160 when I was cutting at around 2000 kcal a day.

I had:
-Whole wheat bread
-Cottage cheese
-Greek yogurt
-SCOOPS
-Protein bars
-Low fat cheese
-Kale
-Chicken breast
-Steak
-Asparagus
-Broccoli
-Low fat milk
-Other fruits and vegetables
-Peanut butter
-Lentils
-Brown rice

Key thing is, check the stats and brand of the stuff you're making, it can help tremendously. It might cost a bit more, but it's worth it if you check the nutrition facts. Like some yogurts and stuff might have more protein and stuff than others.

Scoops, eggs, chicken

Chicken, chicken, chicken. Quark/greek yoghurt, Coffee. There you go.

I count meat and vegetal sources of protein towards my total.

You dont need that much protein unless you're gear and trying to hold onto more then natty limit muscle.

Chicken and protein powder... you just have to eat multiple times per day and it gets annoying,

Say if it's all from chicken breast.. you can get 160g for less than 700 calories.

Salmon is also good.

Why do people think that much protein is necessary? Eat high protein foods to help i guess. But that is more protein than you need. I'd buy less protein and but some creatine to add.

because a lot of pro's have touted the necessity of high protein diets and they are who I listen to.

I usually get fage 0% and then I mix a small amount of aminos in it for flavor.

Full fat is still good for you but the 0% is 0g fat 0g carb and 23g protein. That shit is off the hook.

You're joking right? It's easy to get that much protein. I'm cutting at 1500 and get 150g of protein just from dinner.
