Today I got 2plts for 11 reps. Not my best though. In high school I remember getting 225 for 17, my endurance was amazing, but couldn't get 2.5plt for one rep. Current 1rm is 295

Um also guys, any heavy chest work or pushups, I get right sided clavicle pain and right scapula pain.
Any idea if this could be cause by something wrong with my form?
I've taken off for a while from training chest and the pain comes back as soon as I start.

Stop going for increases on a workout to workout basis, but plan for 5-10 increase per month or so.

Nope I'm serious I'm 285 now I used to do bodybuilding and weighed 310 at most my Max bench was 525 for some reason my endurance is through the roof on lifts my most reps on bench with 315 was 21 reps it's funny too when I was in high school my bench was so weak I was embarrassed and would never do it lol but now I'm cutting and gonna attempt to compete in classic physique I'm 24 now btw

Hey friend by any chance do you have a wide grip when you bench? I used to have shoulder pain and ever since narrowing my grip it takes all the pain and pressure away try narrowing your bench to pinkies a little inside the lines on the bar hope this helps!

That's not true for pretty much any competitive powerlifting. Most guys than pull 600 are benching more than 300. 0.6 or 0.65 is more like it.
