so unless youre not lifting and youre okay with fatiguing your muscles for no gains this is dumb

I just did chest, but might as well do some more.

I popped my rib in BJJ, and I did push ups instead of bench while my ribs were healing.

It's a nice alternative to have when you don't want to go to heavy, but would like to maintain some muscle.
