What retarded things have you seen people do at the gym or what exercises have you seen people do horribly wrong?

>look over to the squat rack and see someone with just the bar racked with 5kg on each side
>kek, what a weakling
>see him prop the bar on his neck and walk it out
>hope this lil scrub can handle all that weight XD
>stood in the rack, watch him waiting to see him squat
>the retard can't even squat properly
>instead of crouching down with the weight and standing back up with it like a proper squat he bends over at the hips with almost straight legs so he looks like pic related, basically has his torso parallel to the ground
>then bends back up, does that a few more times for 8 reps
>holy fucking shit this guy is so retarded he doesn't even know how to squat
>consider going over to show him so he doesn't break his back but it's funnier just to watch

I was gonna record it on my phone but there were people around who would've seen me recording and reported me to gym proberly lol.

Anyway, what stories do you guys have?

Couldn't you just come over to him and help him? Everyone that laughs at other people in the gym is either a fucking fattie, or some autist, at least from what I've noticed.

Where do you do OHPs?

OHPs are typically done on the platforms

Anywhere else and you're just taking up fucking space

Not but i've seen people do OHP using a flat bench barbell, when that area isn't busy of course.

Whereever you want lol just use an empty bit of space and stick your bar/s on the ground between sets.

Using racks and shit designed for other uses just results in people giving you the stink eye.

OHP not being fine in the squat rack is such a meme.
